Licence Condition
By 30 June 2018 the licensee must undertake the following actions generally in accordance with the report Pollution Studies and Reduction Program – Wastewater Management Plan Orica Australia Ulan Site (SESL Australia October 2017) received by the EPA on 31 October 2017 (WMP): Commence actioning all other aspects of wastewater management generally in accordance with section 8 Management Plan for Wastewater Application; Make good gully erosion identified in WMP section 8.1.1 and control stormwater discharge to prevent further erosion; Make necessary improvements to first flush concrete bunding as identified in WMP section 8.1.2; and Provide a report that includes details of progress against the actions required by this condition.
